Rose's Story
As a child she suffered many illnesses possibly brought on by exposure to a toxic chemical. As a young mother of two beautiful daughters she suffered from chronic infections. The doctors had her on one antibiotic after another and taking birth control pills (hormones) to prevent pregnancies. From the antibiotics and hormones she developed candidas albicans overgrowth which led to her thyroid malfunction. The thyroid issue creates hormonal imbalances. This led to weight gain and more infections, which led to her hemorrhaging and severe health issues.
The quality of life was missing, she decided to give up all medication and heal her own body with alternative means such as detoxification, cleansing and building her immune naturally. She turned to herbal remedy, Yoga, acupressure, reflexology, better food choices and meditation. She went further with her studies and then became a Certified Holistic Practitioner.
Later, Rose and her husband Carl took an "Adventure Trip" into the jungles of Belize in the Spring of 2008. Rose contracted a nasty parasite which attacked her nervous system, heart, kidneys, digestive & eliminatory systems, lungs and thyroid gland which nearly took her life away. She went from 120 pounds to 80 pounds in just 5 months. Her oncologist gave her family 3 days before she would pass. It ahs been said- "To be a true Healer or Shaman" you need a brush with death. After an "Out of Body Experience" crossing over- brush wiht death- Rose diligently worked with herbs, acupuncture, meditation, YOga, Energy Work, visualization, some western medication, and prayers from friends & family to bring her back. And learned many valuable life lessons, became much more intuitive and a better Healer.
On May 19th, 2010 - Rose received her AmWand (healing wand) in the mail. It was purchased from Signapore to help with the pain in her feet and hands (the last issue to heal from the parasite) as well as helping her clients.
