Yoga Nidra Meditation Join Rose for a very special Yoga Meditation class- Yoga Nidra. It has a special emphasis on health and healing where habitual thinking and thought patterns are reduced or eliminated. Yoga Nidra also helps with insomnia and stress. The Walter Reed Army Hospital performed Yoga Nidra on patients with PTSS Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome and found it alleviated their symptoms. Yoga Nidra brings an incredible calmness, quietness and Clarity. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest meditations-means Yogic Sleep.
