Come into your Asana by lying on your back. Feel the earth beneath you, the universe up above you and all that's in between.
Walk your feet to the right, staying out of pain. Move your arms to the right. Now breathe into the left side of the body- the feminine side. Release any issues you have with a female (friend, family or co-worker) gently into the earth. Hold the pose for up to 60 seconds and release- walk your feet and slide your arms back to neutral.
Walk your feet to the left, staying out of pain. Now move your arms to the left. Breathe into the right side of the body- the masculine side. Release any issues you have with a male (friend, family or co-worker) gently into the earth. hold the pose for up to 60 seconds and release.
Come back to the place you started and inhale as you move your feet and hands away from your sit bones. Exhale and relax-slowly bring your arms by your side. Feel the earth beneath you, the universe above you and in between your soul.....
